This week is starting off tough but a lot is getting done, art is being mailed out, art is being delivered and new stuff being sketched, thumbnailed, lettered and painted. Starting off the week is this quick sketch colored w/Sharpie, Typhoid Mary. I really like this character. I also realize I find myself gravitating toward the Marvel characters that are tragic, after all, my favorite character is Rogue.

Also this was just completed today:

What lies ahead is a Wonder Woman piece for the mega talented Sergio Calvet. It’s drawn now all it needs now is some paint.

Going on right now is SAMURAI AND DINOSAURS written by Mike Murphy and drawn by Sergio Calvet. I saw this evolve from an idea, take shape between the two, created w/care by Sergio and now it’s a reality. If you love Akira Kurosawa and you enjoyed Jurassic Park then by all means check out SAMURAI AND DINOSAURS.
